My complete ascension protocol (6 months researching, thousands of hours spent)​

I've been researching looksmaxing for a while and tried a bunch of different stuff. Most guides just repeat the same basic advice, so I decided to put everything I've found into one routine.

This is what I've been doing consistently:

1. Thumb pulling​

Probably the most underrated part of the routine.

I do it for a few minutes while looking in the mirror, better than anyone implants on maxilla.

2. Mewing​

Tongue resting naturally against the roof of the mouth, lips closed, breathing normally, proven to work and nobody remembers it anymore.

3. Neck training​

I started doing basic neck exercises a few times a week, I can do 3 sets of 15 neck raises pretty easily now.

4. Chewing​

I started chewing gum more regularly because I wanted to improve my jaw muscles, I'm up to 4 pieces of mint a day for appetite suppression.

5. Posture​

Probably the most underrated thing here.

Keeping your head from constantly being pushed forward and standing normally makes a noticeable difference in pictures.

6. Facial massage​

5–10 minutes at night.

Mostly around the cheeks, jaw and forehead. I think this actually can change your structure, it makes the routine feel more complete.

7. Cold showers​

They just make me feel more awake and disciplined, which helps with sticking to everything else.

8. Sleep​

8+ hours a night

This is probably more important than 90% of the weird stuff people recommend on here.

9. Grooming​

Clean haircut, eyebrows maintained, skincare, decent clothes, etc.

You'd be surprised how much difference basic maintenance makes.
