MY FULL SURGERY PLAN

TO START
I’ve been on this forum since 2024 (on my old account) and have only done 2 hardmaxxes so far:
- 8mm genioplasty
- 1.5 month 300mg test cycle
- Had to stop this due to mental sides

I’ve come to find out the genioplasty was mostly a cope even thought my side profile has noticeably improved, I needed braces then double jaw because I have bimaxillary protrusion.

As I make more and more money from my job and reselling side hustle I have 11K currently and around 9K to go towards hard maxes. Most of this is going towards my first procedure but current pace I am making 1.5K a month from a minimum effort side hustle.

Enough of the intro here is my full plan:

LATE 2026:
Rhinoplasty
- Alar base and tip reduction
- Radix graft
- Booked for December 16th
- Costs me 7.9K

Lipovela fat dissolving injection
- Coming in 1-2 weeks
- DIY
- Gonna be done thanksgiving break due to swelling.


Braces to unflare teeth
- Most likely has to be done before my jaw surgery
- Will take a year to fully decomp my teeth
- Orthodontist and Maxofacial surgeon booked in September

MID-LATE 2027

LIP LIFT
- Done after rhinoplasty bc that’s what’s recommended by surgeons
- Maybe will run me 3K
- Planning to book it by Spring or Summer

Epicanthoplasty
- To lengthen my medial canthus and help my wide set eyes
- Hopefully done by summer
- Will run me 4k most likely

Now as for 2028, that is where I will try to get my double/single jaw surgery since my braces will be off by then and my teeth will be unflared. I will have a serious overbite by then which the jaw surgery will fix.

Future surgeries I have in mind are OBO, LL, canthopexy, and jaw angle implants.

I don't think that will do you any good. And only Giant will do it on you. And it's more expensive than any double jaw surgery you might get.

Yeah my dad’s 5’4 my mom’s like 5’2 and my plates are closed. LL is a stretch but my career goal is to become an anesthesiologist so I probably won’t get this till I’m 30-40
