My future surgery plan (advice would be appreciated)

Trimax (lefort 1+ bsso + genioplasty, Potential jaw angle implants) (£20-30k)
- The second i hit 18 i plan to undergo a trimax surgery, mainly to correct my mandible recession. My gonial angle (at roughly 119 degrees) I think needs a slight improvement so I therefore also plan to get a slight cww rotation of the jaws. My mandibular plane angle is also ok at 21 degrees however the recession is bad (my total facial convexity is around 134 degrees).

- I saw a post on reddit which im sure youve all seen where someone underwent this procedure with a slight cww rotation, 5mm lefort 1, 10mm bsso and a 4mm genio and i would be pleased to see results like his, even though i have a slightly better base than him

- Regarding the jaw angle implants, I feel these may not be nessecary as my bigonial width is around 85 percent and overall my jaw harmony from front is pretty nice, but i guess ill consider this further


Infraorbital rim implants (£7k)
- my itachi lines have always been something that has irritated me, and thrown off my whole appearance in my opinion. Therefore, I feel infra implants are correct for me. My eyes are already decently compact however their is a variety of results of this, so if anyone who has experience with the would like to clarify the implants effect on eye aspect ratio?

Subnasal lip lift (£4k)
- my upper lip is already full, however my philtrum is throwing off my FWTHR, which i feel is a significant way of measuring attractiveness.
With a 2.5mm reduction of philtrum my FWTHR (at 1.83x) would go to around 1.88x, which i feel would help my harmony drastically.


Leg lenghtening Surgery (£100k) (Potentially)
- height is always been something i've been conscious about, and even at 5'10 barefoot at 15 in the uk, I constantly feel belittled. My predicted height is around 5'11.5, and a 7 cm increase (up to 188 cm or 6'2), would be a very pleasing result. My proportions shouldn't be an issue as my hands and feet are all big for my height as well as my skull

your plan is extremely premature. at 15 your mandible and maxilla are still developing, jumping into a full trimax with cww rotation at 18 is way too early and risky. infraorbital implants and subnasal lip lift are also massive overkill at your age. most of what youre insecure about will improve significantly once you finish puberty and get properly lean

leg lengthening at predicted 5'11.5 is genuinely not worth the complications

focus on getting very lean first, perfecting tongue posture, skin, and overall development. reassess everything when youre 20-21 with a fully matured face. youre planning like your growth is already over when it isnt

The maxilla won't grow after lefort 1 but the mandible and chin could a little, potentially

the study you saw is being misinterpreted. while 90% of cranial growth happens early the mandible still has significant growth potential between 15-19. a lot of surgeons wont do major advancement before 19-21 cause of relapse risk and continued natural growth

main risks of trimax at 18 are higher chance of skeletal relapse, needing revision surgery later and ending up with midface or jaw disharmony once the rest of your face fully matures

i get that being recessed is irritating as fuck and 3 years feels like forever but rushing it this early is how people create new long term problems. recessions dont fix themselves but doing trimax at 18 is still risky. id wait until at least 20-21

You should not be getting Implants before trimax, cause if you do it they will just remove ur implants for trimax + trimax literally changes ur bones, I talked with my trimax surgeon and he said its fine to get it at 18 cause ur maxilla stops growing after this age and there are slitghly changes in ur chin so its not a problem, and you should not be waiting for trimax cause it will improve ur life not only by looks but also by health and it will be easier for you to breath, I have a Class 3 Bite case and imma get trimax on insurance in 2027 and rn im only 17 so.

You should not be getting Implants before trimax, cause if you do it they will just remove ur implants for trimax + trimax literally changes ur bones, I talked with my trimax surgeon and he said its fine to get it at 18 cause ur maxilla stops growing after this age and there are slitghly changes in ur chin so its not a problem, and you should not be waiting for trimax cause it will improve ur life not only by looks but also by health and it will be easier for you to breath, I have a Class 3 Bite case and imma get trimax on insurance in 2027 and rn im only 17 so.
