My gf told me I snore

So earlier today my gf told me for one minute I started snoring really loud while I was asleep and like to me I’m bothered because it’s annoying and it’s also not good for me. If she heard this minute I can’t imagine what happens while she’s asleep. Should I buy some mouth tape or how can I stop the snoring completely

I never mouth breathe while I’m awake and I’m 19 so it won’t even matter for jaw issues I just don’t wanna be snoring jfl
