I’ve been working on myself for almost a year now, really locking in on the gym, eating clean, skincare, and overall self improvement. I’m finally starting to look and feel like the best version of myself. But the more I level up, the more my girlfriend seems to get annoyed or negative about it. When I take pics or say I feel good about how I look, she’ll make comments that feel dismissive or like she’s hating on it. I don’t get it because I’m not doing this for anyone else, I’m just trying to improve myself. It’s starting to feel like instead of support, I’m getting criticism for my ascension. Is she jealous? Does she feel like i’ll cheat?
