so each one of those pills got about 500mg calcium, and i also drink 1l milk almost daily (here where i live its expensive asf so probably in a few days i'm gonna get more liters of milk) i also train for strenght in the gym and i deadlift 140kg so i'm trying to bone density maxx all the way,i'm just wondering if its dangerous that i could get hypercalcemia, how much mg of calcium should i get as a 22 year old male weighing 92kg at 6'3

Probably around 1000mg a day, but calcium isn't going to make much a difference or atleast the difference you would want to see, and definitely not dangerous

i'm pretty sure if i take enough calcium and maintain my training routine i could see a difference in bone density as i progress with loads in the gym, bone density is really helpfull in many ways

You'll see a difference, but the calcium isn't going to make the difference, weight training itself will be 99.99% of the work

i'm not calcium maxxing for aesthetics i'm mainly trying to strenghtmaxx,i'm hoping for ways to weigh more and get more strenght in the gym trying to get to 200kg deadlift,i'm currently not looking into taking tren or any steroid because i don't have enough money to keep it going and also i'm not sure how my body will take it,my test is normal anyways,i'm 850 test and my free test is also cool

I'm just saying that meeting your calcium goal will make little difference in your fitness journey, let alone your appearance. I know you said you aren't looking into steroids right now, but that is the only way you'll see significant results. And your test results are good, but you will definitely notice a difference while on steroids. Before, I was at 1107 total test, which is nothing compared to what you feel and notice on steroids.

But were you at 1107 total test as a natural? That's pretty good, I think. When I first took my testosterone test, I was kinda hoping it would be higher, but I wasn't locked in at the time, and I don't think it got a lot higher anyways

I considered taking testosterone before or any type of gear, but when you start taking gear, you need to take a lot of other stuff to not fuck up your whole body, and that ends up in a really expensive cycle. I don't have the money for that right now

I'd recommend saving for it, even if its a small cycle, yes most of the budget is going to pharmaceuticals to mitigate any side effects you have if any. But the results are worth it, and in general if youre doing a test only cycle you'll need like $500 USD at most, depending on where you buy from
