I will give you main things you need to do in order to improve your look and life. Everything I mentioned in this guide, I personally do and experience the difference (halo affect)


GET LEANER!!!


- you must heard this million times but it is the first step. This is your blank canvas.


How to leanmaxx- simply eat 200-500 calorie less in day while getting high amount of protein. This is just that simple. JUST DONT BE LAZY


BE A HYBRID ATHLETE


- Weighting, Cardio (2x times a week), skill training


Progressive overload is key to gain more muscle. While training you should also do some type of cardio. I personally do incline walk with high intensity. you can do something else, cycling or running.


skill training, pick one body weight training skill this could be, muscle ups, L sits, hand stands. etc. Learning one of these would make you more balanced and improve posture. Also it is a great party trick.


SKIN-


every morning



1️⃣Cleanser


2️⃣ Vitamin C serum (optinal)


3️⃣ Moisturizer


4️⃣ Sunscreen (SPF 30–50)


Every night



1️⃣ Cleanser
2️⃣ Niacinamide + Zinc (5–7%) (optional)
3️⃣ Moisturizer


you can also use retinol 2x a week


VITEMANS


VITEMAN D3, multivitamins, zinc, magnesium.


Supliments-


ashwaganda (mainly for guys, improve sleep and T levels over time)


creatine


oral minoxidil and dht blockers ( take these if you notice balding)


EYE BROWS


use eyebrow and eyelash serum to make them look longer and thicker, and trim and line your brows up. (could dye them darker for a better look)


STOP WATCHING CORN!!


If you want to improve your T levels and wake up with a morning glory everyday and be more energetic you should not watch corn and g00n. Nothing else to say just stop RN.


SMELL


FIND YOURSELF A SIGNITURE SENT. don't buy a cheap bottle, save your money and get a good, long lasting min 100ml fragrance. Go to shops and test them on your skin, check the reviews, online. and use that sent daily. People would like you more if you smell great every time you go past them or talk to them.
