I think so but forgot what they do. It's to do with the upper jaw growing too much a certain way I think. Might look if I can find where it was discussed here before.

It's discussed here a little. Sounds like if it is the jaw to truly get things right it would take a lefort 1 and bimax. It could possibly be caused by a few other things though I guess. If it's the jaw others here could probably tell you why bimax may be needed in addition to lefort 1.
