Because i have school till 11:20am on friday so its more convenient time wise than monday where i have school till 3:30 pm

Thursday: rest

Saturday: gym
Sunday: gym
 
take friday off, boxing back to back is heavy on body
Its the best way, since i have to straighten my hair (jfl ethnic genes) so i only have to do it one on Thursday. Since i sweat a ton while boxing. So i wont straighten from wednesday to Thursday (and wear caps) snd straighten on thursday till the next wednesday

I have unfortunately skipped this plan for now like 2weeks fully. I had my final exams so didn´t have any time to fight or gymmax :feelsrope:

Oh thats what you mean. I dont „need“ rest. But im injecting ghrp2 etc so im trying to not use every hgh on muscles but on height. I will seriously focus on gym in 1-1,25 years

Wdym ? Its just one day where i dont. And then have good hair on the other days. Also i get more sleep this way since i have school later on Thursdays and fridays so i can sleep the same amount later since boxing classes start late af

Im gonna try this werk but i think i should be able to adjust in a span of 2-3 weeks to this new plan. I try to go hard so like 85% of my total power
