My hair is turning white

I started getting white hair about a year and a half ago when I was 14 and now it grew a lot and it spread and now I js saw in the mirror tdy I have fucking 3 white eyelashes what is happening and how do I fix this

White hair looks good on young people, starts looking bad at around 30☺.
