what i’m thinking rn for me is to get marpe/maspe asap because im young and insurance might cover it for my breathing issues and then after that ill get a segmental bimax when im like 18-20, for the bimax i want to get lefort 1 and a segmental bsso so that the width of my mandible can catch up to the width of my maxilla from marpe, and then after that ill see about getting a canthioplasty because i have a slightly negative canthal tilt, a possible genioplasty to get a bit more forward growth, a rhinoplasty if i have drastic changes on my nose from marpe and the bimax, and then possibly infra and gonial angle implants

i just want opinions on this because ik it is expensive and seems like a stretch but i want to know if you guys think all of this is necessary and what would you do if you were me
