My height chart what does it mean?

Can someone please look at this and let me know how tall i may end up or what it means? My dad is like 6’1 or 6’2 and my mom is 5’. The doctor said the drop in percentile from 80th to 25th may be a sign of growth hormone deficiency. Im going to an endocrinologist to get full bloodwork and a growth plate xray in august. Currently im 15 and 5’5.2, as shown in the chart

if you have growth defiency hop on hgh and igf 1 peptide u should be atleast 5'11 from what it sounds but genetic is weird cus i am 6'1 but my parents are 5'3 and 4'10

It means that most likely your growth plates are near fusion because height velocity is decreasing.
Once they close you can't grow (unless LLS ofc).
You're still growing a little bit which means theyre not fully fused yet.
I recommend using pharmacology but it's going to cost a significant amount of money (significant for a teenager like yourself).

This is better than doing nothing but doctors will always be restricted to fully prioritizing your health above anything else, you can get many inches with experimental interventions but that's what they are, experimental, there's always a bit of risk involved (though I think it's worth it in most cases and it won't be too bad if you know what you're doing).

im pretty sure the chart is saying the way your trending youll most likely end up max like 5`8 maybe even 5`10 but most likely around 5`8
