and yes thats all im going to do for heightmaxxing im 16 years old and 9 months old

im currently 171cm barefoot at night (vietnamese)

dad: 170cm barefoot

mum: 154-155cm barefoot

Its really hard if both your parents are so short.... but regardless, I hope it works for you. It's best to try something else other than your current plan, something more dedicated to correcting short stature such as growth hormone at an early age.
