My heightmaxxing plan

Baseline: 5'7

1.5 inch footwear indoors when everyone else is barefoot to increase perceived height

Working trapezius and delt muscles to raise shoulder line + general gymcelling
+ wearing bigger sized well fitted clothes to look bigger
+ tending to raise eye level + thick hairstyle
+Working glutes and always sitting on higher surfaces to look taller sitting down


Outdoors, Nike Air Max 720 -esque shoes + 1 layer lifts or boots on occasion (+1.5 inches)

Femur lengthening with precise stryde (+3.15 inches)

Alexander technique posture maxxing + regular stretching + glucosamine sulphate (+0.5 inch)

Result: 5'7 => 6'0" perceived as 6'1 or 6'2" because everyone frauds anyway

everyone talks about how there going to get LL, no one does. Its just not something like losing weight or skinmaxxing that anyone can do. it requires a massive commitment and a lot of money that if were being honest most users on this forum don't have. Unless youre sub 5'6 i dont think youll have the dedication required to go through with it.
