1. Filler
1.1 Gonion Filler
I did gonion filler about six months ago using Revolax SubQ (hyaluronic acid), injecting around 0.6 mL per side. Right after the procedure, the difference was really noticeable, although some of that was probably just swelling or because I wasn't used to seeing myself with a sharper jawline. Now, six months later, I barely notice it anymore. That could be because the filler has dissolved or migrated, or maybe I've just gotten used to the way it looks. Overall, I'd still say it's worth it, especially if you have inward-grown gonions.
The procedure is pretty simple. You push at a 90° angle until you hit the bone, slowly inject while moving the needle around a bit, then use your fingers to smooth the filler out. It wasn't very painful since the filler already contains lidocaine.
The filler cost me about $100, so it's relatively cheap compared to other cosmetic procedures. I'd also say it's pretty low risk because there aren't any major arteries or nerves in that area of the
jaw.

1.2 Cheekbone Filler
I did cheekbone filler about two weeks ago using Revolax SubQ (hyaluronic acid). The filler cost around $100 again. Right after injecting, I noticed a big difference and I'm really happy with the results. I purposely placed the filler slightly above the apex of my cheekbone to create the appearance of higher-set cheekbones. I only injected the front (anterior) part of the cheekbone and avoided the sides since my bizygomatic width is already on the wider side. Overall, this was probably my favorite looksmax so far.
The procedure was similar to the gonion filler, but this time I injected at roughly a 70° angle from the side toward the middle to avoid the nerves. Blending the filler was a bit more difficult because the skin in that area is much thinner, but it still turned out well.
The risk is a bit higher than gonion filler, but I'd still consider it relatively low. There aren't many major arteries in that area, and you'd have to make a pretty significant mistake to hit one.

2. Botox
I did two Botox procedures at the same time. The first was 60 units into my masseters (30 units per side). I split it into six injections of 5 units on each side and spread them throughout the muscle. The pain was minimal, but the results take a few weeks to fully develop, so I can't really judge how effective the masseter Botox is yet.
I also injected Botox into my DAO muscles to make my mouth appear wider, 5 units each side. I think it worked pretty well, although there's always the chance that some of it is placebo.
The Botox cost about $200, which was enough for 2 procedures, so I think the value was pretty good. As for risk, I'd say it's fairly low if you know what you're doing. The main concern is using properly stored, legitimate Botox, since contaminated or counterfeit products can be dangerous. Overall, I was pretty happy with it.

3. Human growth hormone (HGH)
I used HGH at 7 IU per day for roughly 8 months, from late age 18 to early 19. At the start, I was around 182–183 cm tall, and by the end I was 186–187 cm. My frame also seemed to grow by roughly 3 cm during that time. The results were definitely noticeable, but it's impossible to know how much of that growth would have happened naturally at my age, so it's hard to say how much was actually caused by the HGH.
I was able to get HGH for about $0.30 per IU, so I spent roughly $700 in total. Considering the changes I saw, I'd say the value was pretty good.
HGH can increase the risk of problems such as organ growth and other side effects, especially at higher doses. Overall, I'm happy with my experience, but it's difficult to judge exactly how effective it was since I was still at an age where natural growth was possible.

4. Ultrasonic Cavitation (UC)
I did about five sessions of ultrasonic cavitation, and I'm pretty sure it made a noticeable difference. My cheeks look much hollower now, even though I don't naturally have very prominent cheekbones. From my experience, the results are temporary, so I usually repeat the treatment about every two months to maintain them.
Ultrasonic cavitation works by melting the fat from the fat cells, therefore I found it worked best when combined with lymphatic drainage, since that seemed to improve the overall result. The risks are pretty low. The main one is burning your skin if you don't use enough ultrasound gel during the treatment.
The biggest difference is the machine you use. A lot of people buy an 80 kHz machine for around $100, but I don't think it's very effective for the face. I bought a 40 kHz machine for about $600, and I think that's one of the main reasons my results have been better than what I've seen from most other people.

5. Accutane
I've been on Accutane for about two months, and the results have been pretty impressive. My skin became extremely dry, especially my lips, so I have to use chapstick every day. During the first week, I actually had around five new pimples per day, but after that I haven't had a single new one for the past two months.
I use it in an oil-based solution to increase absorption, with a daily dose of roughly 80 mg of active ingredient. Risks are low, I use NACL to support my liver.
The main downside is the dryness, but otherwise I haven't noticed many issues. The cost is also very low if you can get it from indiamart. Overall, Accutane has been the most effective treatment I've tried for pimples.
