It‘s not unrealistic if i can find the right surgeons:


Hardmax

-Lefort 3(2) + Lefort 1, BSSO, genioplasty with bone grafts.
While simultaneously increasing IPD by as much as possible (~6mm, @RealSurgerymax @ccwwarrior is this possible?)

- Radix grafts + Rhinosepthoplasty

- not sure how to fix Glabella

- Fat grafts on undereye, lower forhead, radix

- ((Otoplasty))


Softmax

- 15Kg lean muscle mass, maintaining my current 11% bodyfat

- Isotret or tretinol + volufiline -> Skinmaxing
> Dermastamp and lasering

-heightmaxing with cope


After all that i hope for HTN status

Iirc you primarily need OBO + tripods and that would fix your main failos.

PFL can only widen to an extent due to the eyeball width but if you saw OP you'd know he had a good amount of mms he could stretch the soft tissues and bone horisontally to gain like 5mm PFL easy.

Never heard of radix grafts but supraorbital implants that drop down to the nasion can fix both at once


Good choice, fat grafts are underrated. But the resorption makes them risky and unpredictable

It's easy to jerk off thinking about what procedures you "need" to ascend but flying out to a foreign country, being bed ridden in a severe state for days, getting unsatisfactory results, revision, errors by the surgeons.... is no joke

well everything i do is here at home, surgeons are certified and trustable imo to not mess it up, i know not to dogmax my face, recovery is truely crazy.

Only thing im worried about is being low iq and not planning it better.

i value harmony the most, btw radix grafts are to improve recessed nasion (bone grafts)

i wasnt saying OBO but maybe a small way to do it while my whole face is open anyways, some high iq cut only found in Giants ancient books.

Bimax is fully coverd for me, any part that is aesthetic or not is coverd or aswell. Im 99% sure it is in austria

i was only talking about the jaw surgery.

Implants are not coverd - neither wanted from me.

otoplasty isnt expensive and not covered aswell, not sure if i even will get it.

Nose surgery is covered in my case - the additional rhino and co will be too as a rhinocel explained to me

i mean anything more than lefort 1 is a win. lefort 2, modified lf3 is ideal.

i really dislike implants
