My infra glabbelar notch almost doesn't exist, what softmaxes can I do?

I have a high prominent nasal bridge and a small brow. This means my infra glabbelar notch is very obtuse and small, not defined and sharp. are there any non surgical approaches to this?

surgery (custom implant) the only way to fix this.
