Definitely slowed progress from the middle pic to now, I think I've plateau'd but I will continue chewing

I mean it happened in like 1.5 months and it happened only there, and the only variable that got changed is that he introduced chewing
If it was puberty acting that quickly then he would have reported many other changes in bones and all that
It definitely influenced the browridge, like it probably assisted the growth which was induced by chewing itself, the same why lifting in puberty results in overall better frame in the end, the body adapts a lot faster in puberty

i've had a soft arab diet for my whole life
i think my browridge was the first thing to adapt to having to chew everyday, not puberty
