My IPD and ESR are FUCKED, do I need to ropemaxx?

Here on the front with the camera slightly up it's not noticable, but even with just a lower angle it is and looks like shit, especially if I squint, canthopexy should fix it and it's not that invasive so maybe I'll consider it after fixing other stuff.

I agree but I think it depends a lot on the situation, I'm ok with plastic surgery but something like obo it's best for someone who is struggling A LOT, like 25 year old virgin, I'm 19 and even tho I'm not really above average I've been in a relationship and I can pull both in real life and at the club, nothing crazy that's why I want to improve but I don't think I'm in a position where the chance of losing everything is worth it. The title was exagerrated because "ropemaxx" is a term I really find funny lol, even tho it can be serious stuff, but I'm self conscious about it. If somebody's sub 4 or sub 3 then it's worth it because there's basically no alternative. Deadly complications or permanent life alteration after double jaw and even LL are pretty rare if done right and not you're not greedy with it. But with OBO the chances of ruining your vision are pretty high.

Depends a lot on the surgeon, scars usually go away, it's not as obvious as overly done filler. If I had 1M€ I would do a lot of stuff but I'm trying to chose wisely. I think LL surgery is the highest ROI surgery there is, especially when done with surgerons like Paley that take mobility as their highest priority, there's a guy who gained 15cm and gained full functionality back, I would go that far but it's amazing how much of a difference the method + surgeon + physical therapy does. Here's the video:
I'm 177cm (almost 5'10) so I don't NEED it but would be cool if I had the money.

Are you the 500g of sugar a day guy? AHHAH. When combined with either canthos it should make a significant difference, infraorbital implants have a high risk of infection, even later on in life because of the area, they also stick out a lot because of the thin skin under th eyes, if I decide to get them I think I'll go with my own bone rather than titanium or silicone.

Bro the piercing won't change anything, I also only recived compliments by girls about it what's the point in removing it. I've started isotretinoin (accutane) just last week so I'm on it. Once I find a great surgeon and I get my money togheter I think I'll do some procedure to the eyes, I just don't want to get botched because even tho my eyes can improve, taken singulary they don't look like shit so I'm a bit scared.

yeah infras fix eyeshape but are more risky than fat graft i think, but i doubt recovery is to bad, i have alot of uee so my eye area is ass
