My IPD and ESR are FUCKED, do I need to ropemaxx?

My ESR is somewhere between 0.51 and 0.52 I think, I'm not a virign so some girls didn't mind this apparently but still this is a severe defect from what I've read and OBO might really be too much for me.

Bro the piercing won't change anything, I also only recived compliments by girls about it what's the point in removing it. I've started isotretinoin (accutane) just last week so I'm on it. Once I find a great surgeon and I get my money togheter I think I'll do some procedure to the eyes, I just don't want to get botched because even tho my eyes can improve, taken singulary they don't look like shit so I'm a bit scared.

Besides, I'm more in to alternative girls, that's why I often recive compliments about my piercing, I remember my ex was really excited about it. I've never been attractive to the average girl for some reason, some of them are good looking but they feel more shallow to me, it's better to sometimes argue (I often lean more right, not always tho) than being with somebody who doesn't have a clue on anything.

About the second part, rhino is definitely something I'd would like to get, but the botch rate and nasal valve collapse rate are really high often resulting in droopy and feminine noese, I've seen a ton of cases, and if I'm gonna get bothced it's not worth it. That's why I really need to find a great surgeon beforehand who already worked a lot with noses that were similar to mine. Jaw angle implants are cool because my jaw is definitely narrower than ideal, especially on the right causing also some asymmetry, there's the risk that I'm going to have a wider face and that would be so good since it's already pretty wide, so I need to go really subtle with it.
I don't know if double jaw is worth the investment, if it's only going to change my side profile that isn't severly recessed (changes a ton with angles) I'm going to pay a lot of money to get a small improvement, that's the definition of diminishing returns. I would rather save more money and invest in LL honestly.

I don’t wanna be a dick but your jaw is quite recessed it would definitely help a lot and it would make your lower this better from the front also any invasive surgery has a relatively high botch rate but the nose can make or break your looks so if you have a bump even fixing that is a huge boost

you dont need genioplasty at all; your chin is fine. your recession is only caused by your jaw. honestly, youre a textbook candidate for double jaw surgery, and im not too sure why you would need palatal correction (with a trimax). bimax and rhino would solve basically everything from the side other than your somewhat short ramus, but you could also get jaw angle implants, which would fix that and make your jaw harmonize better with your broad chin form the front profile

I think that the implants will make my jaw too wide, and I already have wide cheekbones I really risk looking like shit with it. Also I don't know but when I photoshop and rhino and genio on my face I don't look that recessed, I don't like the shape of my chin mainly.

Despite what it may look like, it’s definitely a recessed jaw, not your chin causing your profile to look weak. You could get genio, but it would only mask it, not fix the underlying issue. Also, you don’t necessarily need to make the jaw a lot wider with implants. You could very slightly widen it but mainly go for the illusion of a longer ramus

That would be great, but I want to see results first since most of the time implants look ridiculous. I don't have issues biting or breathing, I don't snore, my dentist never pointed out anything. I'll try and talk with an orthodontist I don't know, maybe I'll be able to decide better between genio or dis.

An ortho is not going to recommend DJS unless you present with breathing or tmj problems if your bite is a bit off they might give you elastics if even that

I'm ok with double jaw and limb lengthening but I'm not with Orbital Box Osteotomy, it's never done just as a cosmetic procedure, it's risky in various ways and leaves deep scars. Oh and I'm never getting under the knife with that scammer of RealSurgeryMax, he never shows results and also botched several people, his new way of doing OBO has been done only a couple of times, we don't have results and it's still super expensive for me, especially considering the fact I want to do other stuff aswell.
