lower and middle chest: chest flies, one handed chest fly
upper chest: upward chest fly
abs: don't train (trained more in compounds)
delts: spam lateral raises, face pulls, rear delt pulls (compounds for front delts)
triceps: overhead extension with cable, tricep push down
biceps: bicep curls, side grip curls
forearms: heavy barbell carry, wrist curls from all sides, wrist rollers, overhand curls
traps: face pulls, cable pull apart (destroys traps), i dont train upper traps
lats: lat pull down, pullups, seated row
legs: fcuk you
