lower and middle chest: chest flies, one handed chest fly

upper chest:
upward chest fly

abs: don't train (trained more in compounds)

delts: spam lateral raises, face pulls, rear delt pulls (compounds for front delts)

triceps: overhead extension with cable, tricep push down

biceps: bicep curls, side grip curls

forearms: heavy barbell carry, wrist curls from all sides, wrist rollers, overhand curls

traps: face pulls, cable pull apart (destroys traps), i dont train upper traps

lats: lat pull down, pullups, seated row

legs: fcuk you

Don't train traps bro they are a looksmin and train your legs too just don't prioritise them by having an entire day for it but at least train them to avoid 🐔 legs

i have to carry heavy shit around and push heavy shit at my job its looksmin cuz i look like a dying old man while doing it after legs

i dont train upper traps i only train the middle and lower how are they looksmin?

for me it's

tris (a focus because im a powercoper): rn is just JMs and rolling extensions. basic af. before it was pushdowns
delts: side laterals (doing more of these rn), chains or DBs, sometimes band pull aparts
neck: the one where u lie prone and move neck up, looking up. and its reverse where u tuck chin.
abs: whatever i feel like theres loads of them i rotate
bis: do not do nearly enough curls tbh, usually just w a band.
lower body: really none, sometimes leg curl. jfl at doing leg extensions and separate stuff for adductors etc instead of just squatting/pulling

i would only do that lower body shit so i dont get hunch back and lower back pain in my 40s
