Eat these 4h before a date
-coconut water (high in bioavailable electrolytes) -full fat milk (high in K and Ca) -Water melon (debloat god, reddish underhue if you are light skin, better erection + Lcitruline) -cucumber (natural diuretic and radianting skin) This should be more than enough
