1-) 3 years of orthodontics for cross bite
2-) 2 months of orthodontics for widening and taking maxilla forward by MSE and face mask

Currently:
1-) Invisalign
2-) Mewing(I know this can only make a small difference)

What I will do:
1-) High cut LeFort 1 + BSSO + genio
2-) Rhinoplasty
3-) Infraorbital implants + almond eye surgery + fat grafting for UEE
4-) Gym + HGH
5-) Growing my hair

I'm 16, 5'11 and WW rated me 4.5/10
