as many hours as i could without being seen so basically when i was home in my room i’d guess like 5 hours a day consistently

now i just use my hand and able to maintain 6.3cm from 5.5cm originally

use two fingers each side and pull hard for like a minute

it should hurt but after u can just stretch again with less force this time and gain the same width as u did with full force if that makes sense

i literally measured my moth before and after it wa 5.5 and around 6.3 now

just look at mouth to nose ratio its clearly larger in the after
