Just hit 79kg, down from 124. My bones are becoming more visible with every kilo of fat I lose. I can't imagine what I'm going to look like at 70. You are witnessing the greatest ascension in PSL history, at the tender age of 33. When I'm lean I will start going clubbing again and cold approaching, I may even film it.
