First of all don't keep food in the house, it's too much temptation. The only consumable thing in my kitchen is coffee and sugar.

You want to fast in intervals of 1 kilo, then you allow yourself to eat a massive meal as a reward. In my case it's a 40cm pepperoni pizza and 2-3 large portions of fries with mayonaise and a bottle of mountain dew, about 6000 calories in one meal. This gives you something to look forward to when the cravings are strong, you're gonna be rewarded for your efforts. Then you don't eat at all until you lose the next kilo. So this means you're gonna be going 2-3 days without food in between the big meal.
