im trying to travel as much as possible. I went to norway half a year ago and to the french alps 2 months ago. Have another holiday planned this summer.

You neee hobbies and activities. The way I think of it is like our bodies are still pretty much be same since we lived in caves in shit. So I feel like we are meant to be active just start exercising etc.
