2iu – 4iu HGH: 0.25mg (1x / week)
4iu – 6iu HGH: 0.25mg (2x / week)
6iu – 10iu HGH: 0.25mg (3x / week)

Letrozole:
2iu – 6iu HGH: 0.0mg
6iu – 10iu HGH: 0.5mg (1x / week)

Aromasin (Exemestane)
2iu – 4iu HGH: 6.25mg (1x / week)
4iu – 6iu HGH: 6.25mg (2x / week)
6iu – 10iu HGH: 12.5mg (2x / week)

anything above that will results in estrogen deficiency

Z x weight(KGS) / 7 x 3 = daily gh iu dose
Z = any number between 0.24-0.47
use my formula to calculate gh dose and make sure your igf1 z score is 2
get ultra sensitive e2 testing done and keep your e2 where you want

you dont need an ai for hgh, Ai should only be used for when running test and having high e2 sides, E2 should always be in range not to low not to high i still made results on 300 test no ai since i dont aromtize and i have 78pmol e2 which is on the semi lower range but was perfect for hgh. I also ran 500 test and when i did take an ai you can do 6.25mg aromasin split 3x weekly for the best results imo 25mg max a week unless you really aromatize. But i never had any issues with my e2 you could say im genetically blessed no gyno no sensitive nips never crashed only ever libidio issues but this was probably due to gymcel and being anemic
