If it gets worse
Supplements you should take:
Milk Thistle (Silymarin), N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), Turmeric (Curcumin), Dandelion Root, Artichoke Extract, Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA), Vitamin E, Omega-3 Fatty Acids
And if not even that works, use these meds:
Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA), SAM-e
