Samma här, ligger nog på 22% men det är nog bra tbh för då har man i alla fall potential eftersom ansiktet ändras avsevärt om man tappar 10% fett

canthoplasty and canthopexy should be called copeplasty or copepexy because its coping for lack of undereye support jfl.
if you had high set orbits and good undereye fat deposits you wouldnt need this. also canthoplasty are cope and doesnt look natural unless you have orbital implants or undereye fillers jfl

Apparently I can do it because mine is just slight slighty negative, and I wanted it completely neutral.
