forward clenching is something i made up from seeing that guy who appaerently decreased his gonial angle from clenching, idk if it works, im experimenting atm
incisor chewing is in that guide also

this is how u forward clench

posture is just mckenzie chin tuck and good body posture, but ive heard too much chin tucking is unnatural and bad. i had a slight anterior pelvic tilt i fixed from exercise. dont slouch, retracting shoulders in superman power pose raises testosterone.

dont worry too much bout posture tho, just have normal posture and fix stuff through exercise if you really need to like nerd neck, anterior pelvic tilt etc if u got that. sitting for hours is bad, whether in a shit posture or good posture like the image below. if you have to coz of ur job, try move around for a few mins every few hours. at uni, i tell my teacher im going to the toilet, but i just sprint to get a cheeky pump and raise my hormones. exercise whenever you can. i do pullups on the train and pushups in the library toilet
