It would not. I can morph and show but I don’t care enough to prove my point. Also he has a short wide face and the only way he can offset that is by either cw bsso or vertical genio.

I agree with most of this, although retinol can give you acne and cause skin flaking, especially if you stop. Ironically, I feel that this stringent routine will stress you and raise your cortisol levels. If you can stick to it, that’s great. I personally train twice a week full-body, wash my face and moisturize morning and night with salicylic face wash in the morning, and eat relatively healthy. I slap on sunscreen in the morning if it’s needed. I’ve got a good physique, great skin, and I have no stress.

MK-4 is useless and will not be able to prevent soft tissue calcification and/or bone resorption from excess vitamin D (I know this from personal experience). You need MK-7

Unnecessary at best and possibly irritating to your digestive system. Get your iron from food (along with all the other cofactors like vitamin A, B2, copper and folate)

Depends on individual response, but I'd say microneedling is a must for eyebrows, no reason not to use it. Castor oil acts through pge just as minoxidil and bimatoprost, although way milder, it may cause some fat loss in eye area which is bad.
For eyelashes you may try to look for serums without bimatoprost or similar pge analogs.

This is typical /pol/ retard with typical stories posted in that place - based in truth, but then swerving off somewhere to outer space. Salted fast-food/ready-made/packaged food (including pretzels etc) does not have iodized salt there because jewish capitalist cunts in food industry use cheaper "industrial" salt (I'm not sure if it's proper term in english) and the law doesn't oblige them to actually use iodized salt, despite them producing fucking food for people to eat (because obliging a company to anything by law would be literal communism - would the same /pol/ faggot say).

Only the packaged salt sold to individual people for food needs (and not to food industry!) is iodized. So no, if you crave salted fries you do not crave iodine, you just crave industrially made complex of certain proportions of salt, fat and sugar. You're being conditioned by jewish tricks, not feeling a natural crave for miracle cure.

This is the entire problem - people are eating more and more fast-food and ready-made food which contains absolute shitloads of salt - but it's not iodized salt. So average fast-food fed westerner has immense salt intake while receiving none of profits of ingesting iodized salt like he'd get from home cooking. So the negative effects of salt are getting higher, while levels of iodine are getting lower.


The answer? Yes, do eat salt but it needs to come from salt you're buying in your grocery shop and use for home cooking, do not count salt you get from salted fries, pretzels etc and better yet cut this shit off from your diet. And for the love of God do not think of "hyperdosing salt for iodinemaxxing" or whatever the fuck you niggers love to invent
