Starting point: LTN face, slightly above average physique, around 15% bf, slight acne, acne scars, norwood 2, been looksmaxxing before but didn't do anything in a while and descended
Pharmacology:
-Low dose accutane
-Fin
-Oral minoxidil
-Considering Aqualyx
But usure if I should do UC or that one newer fat dissolver that adds collagen I think
Lifestyle:
-Working out 3-4x a week
-cardio on most rest days
-Calorie deficit
Supplements:
-Beta carotene
(Maybe I'll add in astaxanthin)
-NAC for hepatotoxicity from Accutane
-Omega 3
-Multivitamin
Other:
-Teeth whitening with hydrogen peroxide whitening strips
-Microneedling for acne scars
(Subcision will probably be needed though, since I got tethered acne scars)
