I'll keep it short and simple
Eating 2350 cals at maintenance and creating a deficit by 20,000 steps a day( which is about 800 cals). Working out 4 days a week. Currently at 13% bf, planning to get to 10% in 5 weeks.
Strictly tracking every single macro and monitoring my weight every week(because if my weight is going down that means my maintenance calories will go down so I'll adjust cals according to weight and keep the number of steps taken which is 20,000 the same) My face is still quite chubby but I've almost always noticed that my face gets super lean after getting to 10%. Along with my diet and exercise I'm drinking 6L of water a day.
I'm 20 yrs old at 6"1

cheers mate, you look pretty good, keep it up. im at 2500 cals rn and feel like im starving some nights

Thanks brah try eating at 3000 cals and burn 500 cals by walking 10,000 steps everyday

im running 45-55 mpw lol cause im training for an endurance event and im sort of in a time crunch, gotta make sub 180 in a few months. rn bout 200

not ideal but i dont really believe in the whole metabolic damage thing or loss of muscle if ur eating enough protein which i am

I get enough protein, around 150g
