Facial posture:
More often than not, you will, unbeknownst to yourself have some form of assymetry that is postural in nature i.e you will relax your left eyelid ever so slightly more than your right one. I fixed this by listening to a podcast while staring in a mirror until the correct eyelid position became behavioral. Same goes for mouth curling et cetera. 4 hours looking into a mirror JFL.
Skin:
Standard cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize, Supplementing with betacarotene 15 mg and lycopene 10 mg BID and volufiline for under eye area. I will begin injecting melanotan-2 in about a week, other than that cardiovascular health helps bring out your undertones, I run 3-4 times a week.
I also use dore BB cream, this is tricky and if you're caught your life is essential forfeit. Examine your skin up close, in the mirror and using your front camera in various different lightnings if you're paranoid about someone exposing you. This shit mogs every other skin-looksmax into crippling oblivion.
Eyebrows.
I microneedle half an hour before applying minxodil, FYI most topical preparations of minoxidil have alchohol in them, so be sure to moisturze the area profusely. End goal is to have more density, and have the eyebrows extend all the way to the zygos. I do castor oil in between minoxidil sessions. I also dyed my eyebrows using a dark brown beard dye for a slight improvement.
Eyes.

I'm about to start an ostarine + cardarine cycle to cut, that should give me the leeway to do a 500-700 calorie cut without losing any muscle, that should let me reach 10 percent bodyfat in 3 months. I do PPLPPLR
Debloating:
I'm not too concerned about that up until now as my bulk diet didn't really allow me to control for this, once I begin cutting with the ostarine I experiment with limiting sodium and complex carbs, and increasing potassium as per usual.
Bonesmashing.
I bonesmash the chin and zygos in a safe manner before going out; the swelling is essentially a better looking filler. Collagen loss should be local, if not non-existent. As for brain damage, some slight vibration doesn't even compare to heading a ball or say swivelling your head quickly.
Sexual enhancement:
I have cialis on deck , makes my girth increase by about 0.3 inches, length too and eliminates any concern you might have over your performance, can't recommend this enough you're not even trying if you aren't rolling out enhanced. I tried putting volufiline on my dick as well JFL.
Drugs:
I use phenibut + alchohol for a magical type of buzz. As a rule of thumb every glass of alchohol counts double on phenibut (they both act on the GABA-receptors), but with the added benefit of making you signficantly less retarded in your speech and mannerisms and more ambulant.
Posture:
I'm working on APT and general posture using some exercises and neck training has helped my nerd neck. I neck train using weights in every axis 3 sets for 30 repetitions every day.

Stretching masseters, chewing, training zygomatic muscles in the form of a 10 minute or so exercise routine I do every morning and evening.
Social:
NT is very important, that much I can gather from going out to bars every week. No and I mean NO non-NT guys are slaying, looks still reign supreme, but being NT is a prerequisite.
I'm also on the usual cope supplements: Ashwaganda, Tongkat Ali and a mix of other bullshit.
