Or, like I've said numerous times already, eat carbs & fats in separate time periods.
Reducing sugars are absorbed fast so if you have them in the morning & have protein/fats or whatever the fuck you want to eat later in the day, they won't react and activate your beloved Randle Cycle nor cause glycation you tunnel-visioned shitskin.
