Absolutely false. How can someone suffer from Dunning-Kruger this bad for so long? You are not competent at all nor are willing to learn the science.Or, like I've said numerous times already, eat carbs & fats in separate time periods.
Reducing sugars are absorbed fast so if you have them in the morning & have protein/fats or whatever the fuck you want to eat later in the day, they won't react and activate your beloved Randle Cycle nor cause glycation you tunnel-visioned shitskin.
When you eat carbohydrates, they do not just go away that same day. They will stick around for up to 3 days hence how long it takes to enter Ketosis.
Eating 1 meal of carbohydrates and 1 meal of fats will NOT alleviate the Randle Cycle. You will have to wait around the 3 days mark of no exogenous carbohydrate consumption to alleviate the Randle Cycle.
Glycation damage begins to occur the moment you pour carbohydrates down your stupid ass neck you fucking idiot. There’s no avoiding it.
You are legit brain dead from all the plant material you’ve been eating. How about you test the carnivore way of eating for just 1 month and watch your cognitive abilities increase 10 fold.
