Side sleeping is the absolute best sleep position

  • Back sleeping can lead to the tongue falling back into the throat (sleep apnea)
  • Back sleeping leads to sleep paralysis
  • Stomach sleeping leads to unsymmetrical jaws
  • Stomach sleeping causes sleep apnea because the jaws can’t close
  • Side sleeping is king
Nah, perfect position would be sleeping on one of these massage table on your stomache with a cut out for the face
 
Question about the chewing for Masseter gains. I already have Bruxism, is chewing going to wear out my teeth even more? Kinda stuck

that's bullshit. drinking that much water can lead to water intoxication or hyponatremia. But i guess our tiktoker friends can still try it out.:forcedsmile:
