MEWING IS REAL THERE IS NO OTHER EXPLANATION FROM HOW I WENT TO A RECESSED SOY BOY TO HAVING A JAW ITS EITHER MEWING OR SOME EPIGENETIC TRAIT I UNLOCKED ALSO I WAS ON NOFAP FOR A YEAR

Did you get any eye area improvement? During my weeks of hard mewing I noticed more prominent cheekbones and esp zygomatic arches, lower jaw came a bit forward but eyes? Nothing.
