after wearing 5 inch lifts i finally ascended from a 5.9 manlet to a 6.2 framemogger only thing that sucked was that the blood circulation to my feet completely got crushed in my shoe but sacrifice is needed

if you put on spf after retinoid its ok but just so yk retinoids don't have immediate effect on skin
