I do business w foreign people so have to wake up early.

6:00 AM Wakeup

After waking up I brush my teeth then I make:

6 eggs cooked in avacado oil
2 pieces gluten free bread
Serving of fruit

I make a decaf coffee, add 2 Splendas, and then I pop a 4 mg nicotine pouch and get to work.

The nutrients from the eggs and fruit, combined with the carbs from the GF bread and the nic pouch gives me very good focus and productivity

Pears, strawberries, pomegranates, and cantaloupe are insanely good if you want more variety

Real mogger "routine": It's 3am here and I'm taking a bath. Listening to Thomas Piketty book, posting on .org 'JFL'. I will wake up when I want, then proceed to do some work. In the meantime I will probably eat stuff similar to you: eggs/avocado/some salad, send the result to greedy fuckers & wait for some notes while doing something, maybe go to gym, maybe go for a walk to mogg unsuspecting citizens :ROFLMAO:

all you need is meat eggs dairy and a small serving of berries for antioxidants like blueberries raspberries and blackberries maybe kiwi or dates too

As long as the eggs are pasture raised, just eat them raw aside from the whites. Avocado and bread is garbage for you, all seeds and grains are garbage for you. Many fruits are sprayed like crazy and are genetically modified, as long as they're non-gmo there fine I guess, but even then many of the most commonly eaten fruits like berries and oranges are full of oxalates so you shouldn't be having those every day. Coffee is also garbage grains.
