my mom is fucking stupid

so she and my stepdad have been together for 10-11 years now and they’re not getting along anymore. He doesn’t come home at night, drinks, and just does stupid ass shit. my mom kicked him out 10 TIMES or more and still took him back in. all those times she said she would divorce hom but didn’t. this has been happening for 2 years now and im sick of his and her bs. she said she was getting the divorce papers ready and i come home today to see that motherfucker in our house. she’s a fucking iqlet, that guy is manipulating her (hes under 100 iq and thats a fact) so idk how, and she believes him. she’s seen the same shit for 2 years and atill can’t leave him even tho hes a fat bum who barely brings anything home. and i hate being around him, he seems like hes a pedophile and hes just annoying to be around. should i tell my mom shes a dumbass and should divorce him or stay quiet?
