Back when I lost my job and became unemployed, my wife told me not to worry and that she knew I will find a job again .. which I did, and now we live decently comfortably

not lavishly, but comfortably

my mom should actually just be happy that her husband is now healthy again and will go on to live a long life, not being arrogant because she makes more money

my father needs to live many more years, otherwise my mother will be a tyrant in the family
