I'd say that Arabs, Albanians, Turks, generally don't really harbor race based hatred It’s tend to be more patriotic. Yes, that’s why parts of Afghanistan are now part of Pakistan. The Sikh Empire had incorporated the territory into theirs and it was temporarily a part of the Punjab province even under the British.
