My MT2 was delivered but I’m worried it will keep me from gaining weight as I’m skinny already. Any1 experienced?

I work out and am fit but I am only 160lbs at 6ft. I’m 30 btw

I mean I have shit fat distribution but I still need to gain a lot of mass. I have been lower bf% but looked worse bc no muscle
