180lbs, 17yo, 17% bfp, 6ft, 3 yrs lifting, mtn facially. This is my plan to ascend even more than I have already. Lmk what you think and where I can improve

Goal: Mtn —> Htn
Overall:
- lean maxxing, 1,800kcal per day, 4 day loading phase of 1,200kcal (omad) (4days)
- Calisthenics maxxing (hybrid training) and aura maxxing, fashion, energy, and peace, having good habits and cutting out bad ones
Goal: Mtn —> Htn
- Posture maxxing, sleep with no pillow and constantly mew.
- Jaw structure, only sleep on back, getting lean will help with ascension + hollows
- Clear skin, finish acutane cycle to fully clear skin and fix coloring.
- tinted spf (zinc oxide or titanium oxide only)for coloring, moisturizer, niacinamide, caffeine serum, vitamin c serum, magnesium glysonate
- Topical steroids for dry lips
- Multi-peptide serum for eyebrow density and growth
- hair and eyebrow dye possibly dark brown hair and brows, or level 10 blonde with dark brows.
- Modcut once hair grows out
- Bone structure, hyroid raises, resisted jaw openings. Tues, Thurs, Sat. Ensure to properly warm up to avoid TMJ issues
- Use ice roller in morning to tighten skin
- Gua Sha in morning to reduce bloating
- 1g potassium in morning to reduce bloating
- Masseters train 2x per week Mon, Fri. VERY LOW INTENSITY, tmj issues = over. Train till satisfied
- jaw strap for sleeping
- Mouth tape every night (more important than jaw strap)
- Neck training 2x per week with weight strap for thickness. Train till satisfied. 1.5-3 in growth MAX.
- Leave in conditioner & hair clay for hair texture and shape
