Nah just kidding if the bone is the issue you need a rhinoplasty but you could try to slim the soft tissue you around it, this can be done a few ways like accutane is probally the most commen becasue it squezes all the shit out of your pores
you can also try hydracortisone, but amke share you pair it with ashwaganda so you dont turn into a woman goodluck dude
