Creatine (25 - 30g for DHT) No hair loss my hair genetics are great, even though i have a fullbeard and body has alot of bodyhair
Mk677 30mg (4 days on and 2 days off)
Vitamin d and k
Ecysteron 50 - 100mg
Magnesium 400 - 700mg
Zinc 10mg
Calcium 1000mg
Milk 2 glass in the morning for the IGF increase
Anything else I should take?
Age: 18 still growing
Wrist size: 8inches, 20.5 cm
Armspan: 6 3
Height: 6 0
Weight: 81kg not fat
Goal is to increase clavicle, wrist size (bone thickness overall), ulna. (overall frame tbh)
Increasing bone thickness will take probably 2 - 4 years with this, we make less than 1ui HGH naturally but with mk677 we can make 2 to 3 UI of hgh
The reason i dont take HGH is because i dont wanna get suppression problems
Of course HGH is alot better than mk677 only the IGF is comparable with mk677 and real HGH but other than that HGH beats mk677
