It's been 4 months in, i've seeing crazy results
but there are some lacking parts i want to focus on more, in order to aesthetically look good and V taper.
So this is how it's supposed to works:
▪Nuclei overload: Forearms
▪Lacking bodypart: Shoulders
(w/traps following it 2x times)
▪Average: Chest, back, Legs, Abs
▪Just one time/week: Biceps, Triceps
What do you think of this routine, my previous one was killing, like full body everyday, when i sore each day, i just don't train that part, and continue with full body. I think this one will better suit me, i can train hard, i recover good, and keep nutrition as good as i could (Calorie, and protein intake). I want oppinions on whether i should train something on different day, tips, etc..
